    Anyone have insight on Izumi specialty restaurant on Ovation of the Seas? Is it a purely sushi restaurant or is it a teppanyaki (grill) style restaurant? I've Googled and other searches and have not found a definitive answer to my question and am hoping that someone who has actually been to Izumi on this ship can give me their thoughts on it Thank you

    I called a month ago about our May 2023 Alaskan cruise and got my price reduction with no problem Call again and maybe ask for a supervisor

    We are on Ovation in May 2023 for Alaska...we already have our Izumi meal booked so maybe different ships do it differently

    Called them last week for the same thing Was on phone less than 5 minutes which included on hold time Was easy to switch to traditional and have email confirmation sent back to me
