I haven't had any issues with them. But just now, when I went in to check on a statement credit I had redeemed, I found that the Redeem Credits screen takes me to Add Additional Cardholder. I can't get past that. And I can't see any way to contact them other than a phone call. I think I'll wait it out, and then rethink my choices.

Wow, that is terrible! We all know that the contract states that it might happen, but I know you didn't make your plans based on that many sea days. Hope you were able to find some fun things to do aboard.

I just scanned ours and added a photo of the passport for the app yesterday. I was using an iPhone 6S+. Maybe there is credibility to the newer model issue.

I just noticed in the Celebration Package that they offer three gluten free cake options. They seem to be offering more options for those dealing with Celiac.

We always carry on a 24 pack of soda - duct tape the corners, make a handle, and attach a luggage tag. It always arrives in the cabin without a problem.
Of course, now that I’ve said that...

We also book the first day flights are available. Best choice of seats and many times the lowest price we see. But I keep checking just in case.

So we received a second upsell offer - same offer as the first. $1699.00 p/p - Sky Princess 7 day. I guess they are giving us a second chance to decline. Holding out for the upgrade - lol.

Used EZ Air for the first time - with Delta. A minor time change, but no seat changes. Booked around 330 days out.

Yes, we received an upsell for Sky in February - $1699.00 p/p to move from Club Class Mini to Full Suite. Was not worth it to us.

Just received an upsell offer after we made final payment - from Sky February sailing Club Class M6 to full suite for (just) $1699.00 p/p. Oh, well, I was slightly excited for a moment. 😐

I was able to get the offer added to my card, and purchased OBC. The charge changed from pending to a new $500.00 charge today, but I haven't gotten the credit yet. I would have thought it would happen immediately. 😐

As usual it includes Princess (others include Holland America and Carnival). Spend $500 and get $100 cash back. I have done this twice already in the past few years and it works great. I use it to either make a cruise payment or buy OBC on an existing booking. You must load the offer onto your card first and then use it on the Princess website. The offer is good until 3/31/20.
