We too were on the Constitution for this cruise. We now refer to this cruise as the cruise from hell. Understaffing was a problem throughout this cruise and then we had the COVID outbreak. ACL was in no way equipped or ready to handle this outbreak. This was our third cruise with ACL. There will not be a fourth.
