The dates in black is the date range for the map shown.  As you click the blue dates, they change to black.

It looks like the GS are on deck 10

Thank you so much.  I have no idea why I could not seem to see this information.  This trip (if we can go) will be a post health issue trip for each of us so really wanting to go big with a suite.  Decided if we don't the kids will just spend our money on something THEY want when we are gone.  lol  Thanks again for being so helpful and kind.

  2. Help.  I have looked at the deck plans for the ROS for a possible cruise in November of this year.  It shows dates in blue that I can pull up plans to see for between now and September of this year.  However starting in September until into next year the dates are in black and will not let me look at deck plans for that time period.  This ship is supposed to be in New Orleans in November, December and January.  Does anyone have any idea what is happening in this situation.  I am concerned about booking a trip to New Orleans to sail and then have RC not really be sailing from there after all.  Also can not seem to see the Grand Suites listed.  TIA for any info/help you can provide.

  3. Sorry I have been off line for awhile.  Seen the Dr and more tests and now trying to decide if more tests or straight to surgery.  :{

Trying to think positive and continue to look at Radiance now for maybe Nov as we want a suite and Dec looks like they are sold out for the most part.  Don't need to 2 bedroom OS. lol

I want to thank everyone for their kind words and support.

  4. Would love to get a tote bag and a beach towels.  We are doing a cruise the end of April and a 3B in May.  When I called I was told that it is one gift per cabin not per D+ member.  Plus they said that I would have to call before each cruise to make any changes to my choice.  This is the start to D+ sailings so just wondering of I was given correct information.  Obviously cannot call on 3B sailings so I may end up with a lot of wine.  lol

  5. Hi, we are sailing in about two weeks.  This will be our first cruise as D+.  We are doing a five night the end of April, then a short break and back for a 3B.  It is my understanding that each (DH and myself) get a BOGO for dining at a specialty restaurant.  We will be on the Navigator and would like to try Jamie's for lunch and maybe a dinner.  I don't see how to do that under "Plan My Cruise".  Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.  TIA

For our first Christmas together my husband (who'd never been on a cruise at that point) gave me a Christmas ornament depicting travel with a note about booking a cruise.  I think there are lots of creative ways to 'gift' money etc so it doesn't just look like a wad of cash in an envelope....although that's nice, too 😉

Sorry I do not how to fix.  Anyway buying a clear ornament and putting cash folded up inside with some bright filling is a great gift for anyone and time IMHO.

The luggage tags will part of the documents and available to print approximately 30 days prior to sail.

Yes we have gotten them for all four cruises even the ones that are 40 days out.  I am just glad to have everything done and printed now.  Packing, negative nasal swab and drive 8 hours and wait for the fun to begin.  We made D+ in January so decided we are going to take full advantage of those 5 drinks per day this cruise.  We have an 11:00 am boarding time so going to start with lunch.  lol

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but why would you go this route and pay for a test? Can’t you go to a drug store and test for free?

Not all areas offer the Rapid test.  We are in Northern Ca and cannot get it here.  We were told that the CVS and Walgreens here did not contract to those short result turn around tests.  So we do the home test and it works fine IF the kit is complete.  Last time one was not and had to find a place to test at the last minute but it all worked out.  You can test at some ports but last I heard San Pedro was $100.00.

Just got an email from RCI regarding the same issue. They asked us to go to the WEBSITE and edit our check-in. For some reason the Country of Birth didn't capture initially so that was an issue on their end. Once I did that my Set Sail pass showed up in the app. Hope this helps.

Yes got that same email after we had fixed things with the help of this group.  We are all set for April and May,  all Setsail passes are printed.  Still waiting on luggage tags for may to be available and for me to make final payment next week.  Again thank you to everyone for being so helpful.

  10. Has anyone ever told all y'all on this group how wonderful and knowledgeable you are?  I went back in to "check-in" and redid it.  Low and behold for some reason the "country of birth" was blank.  I filled it in again and boom.  Set-sail passes are now printed.  I am not a techie and would not have thought of this.  Truly thank all of you for your help.  Our documents are now all printed,  passports and vaccine cards are ready, cash it counted, tests kits arrived today.  Now if I can just get that packing down to less than a steamer trunk all will be good.  lol

    Smooth seas to everyone.

There's no charge, it's just a formality.  They have one of their prescribing professionals do it.  It's all behind the scenes and seamless.

Well I ended up going back to the RC and ordering through them with Optum.  Now if the dang tests would just show up,

I think I just had to have the most luckiest RoyalUp win ever. We are booked for Navigator OTS for April 4th. (4 Night Cruise). Wife and I booked a GTY Suite, and were placed in a JS on the 10th floor.

Our sons and their great aunt were in a GTY Balcony that on the same floor as our JS (Felt lucky about that) and I just won an upgrade for their room to a JS. But get this. They are now in the JS right next door to us. 1540 and 1544. Can't be happier for how it worked out. So much so, I canceled our upgrade bids for a GS or a 2BR GS. It's a short trip, and the convenience of having everyone close by really nice.

We were in a Jr Suite on deck 10 in January.  We loved it.  Enjoy and smooth sailing to the entire family

I ordered a 6 pack from the emed site on Thursday night and received the same message about a prescription. I got the shipping notice early Friday morning and they should be here tomorrow. Apparently the prescription thing is some sort of formality but it didn’t delay or complicate the order any.

Ordered with Optum through the RC website.  Charged for "Expedited  shipping" with not way to op out of that.  That was Saturday and still no tests yet and cannot find that they were ever shipped.

My shipping came to $18.27.  Must depend on where they're shipping to.  I wish there was an option for standard shipping instead of FedEx 2 day to save some $.

Yes, me as well. I went ahead and bought at Optum Store. Now I can check it off my To Due list.
