I am thinking of booking the 16 night QE cruise LA to Florida Panama canal in July 2022. Does anyone have experience of this trip at this time of year?

Hi would anyone know the cost of shuttle bus to Rotterdam?

Another vote for Alla it was a fantastic 2 days covered all the highlights including ride on subway and boat trip, lunch included. Excellent guide and very good value.

Are there any tables for 2 in Club dining on Oceana?

Yes vert good selection every lunch time.

We have used Dial7 several times in the past with no problems. But last time the driver got hopelessly lost and tried to drop us in the middle of Brooklyn. He spoke very little English and it really was a journey from hell. We were in the taxi 3 hours. At the end of it he managed to say guess there no tip!!

Hi we are booked on QE Alaska cruise in June. Starting from Vancouver, does anyone know if we will need an ESTA. I know we need a eTA.

If you get freedom dining, they will let you swap to table for 2 early or late sitting.

We had booked a tour last December, but could not dock in Amsterdam. Reluctantly P&O gave us some free internet access and l did manage to contact the Anne Frank house to explain our situation, and they kindly refunded our entrance fees.

We walked to Vigeland Sculpture Park. Well worth it took us about 35 minutes.

£499 sheltered balcony about 3 years ago. Fantastic.

We used local mini buses in port for our trips, they were cheaper than P&O but some of the driving let a lot to be desired. You can get to the beaches on your own but l would say do an excursion or stay on board in St Vincent the town is very poor.

We were on this cruise last year and really enjoyed it. We will probably do it again this year if the price is right. All the ports are easy to do on your own. We were disappointed to miss Amsterdam as we had pre booked the Anne Frank house. P&O gave us some free internet time in order to cancel. It took some time to do because the internet is so slow but they did give us a refund. Maybe staying overnight will give them the flexibility to dock in Rotterdam if the weather is bad and shuttle in to Amsterdam.

The markets were nice but we felt that the Christmas markets in the UK were bigger and better. We booked a shuttle into Bruges which was much cheaper and offered more flexibility time wise.

Prices are still high. Dubai is so popular and a cruise is a great way to enjoy this area.

Please make sure your taxi driver knows exactly where he is going. We had a nightmare journey a couple of years ago. Taxi driver got lost it took us three hours to get to port, his English was very limited. He pulled up outside a house in Brooklyn and said you are here!! It was a well known company that we have used many times before.

The alcohol policy was a deciding factor to travel with P&O. We like a drink on our balcony before dinner. We still buy wine at dinner and cocktails in the bars. I have never stayed in a hotel where you couldn't take what you like to your room. It is an infringement of our liberty.

P&O have also cut back on Peninsular club evenings and we feel the quality of food is in decline. We have cruised with far superior cruise lines, that look after loyal customers, but P&O suited us because of its relaxed alcohol policy.

We will now go back to cruising with other companies.

Yes that's what i thought. Its better to have the full day at the end of the cruise.

I am looking at 10 day cruise from Dubai. Looking at the itinerary i see the cruise has embarkation over 2 days, does this mean 2 nights in Dubai at the end of the cruise or a night before and night after cruise depending on date??

Hi can someone please tell me if tables for 2 on Oceana are easily available on freedom dining. Or do you always need to wait.

We flew back to Birmingham same time last year. As others have said vacate cabin around 8.30, then free day until around 3.30. They will keep your carry on case safe for you. The hop on hop off bus stops right outside the port. There is plenty of time to see the island.

I think i have seen emergency dental kit for sale in the shop. If you are desperate use sugar free chewing gum.

Has anyone done these ports before and what month is likely to be the best weather wise
