Yes, at the future cruises desk, just let them know you are a BCC member and ask if you have any available cruises to book.

We have found it's best to book BCC offers while onboard. I am Amethyst and my husband is Sapphire. We have 7 comped cruises in Aqua this year including 2 to Europe for 10 and 12 days. The Future Cruise desk on board will tell you how many cruises you have available to book and they are happy to book them for you.
