Do a little research, the biggest thing I found is that don't always have the newest watches, sometimes they try to sell last years model for this years prices. But who cares a new Rolex or a old Rolex, it's still a Rolex!!!!

I hope it just wasn't a promo, they owe me a bunch of points. OP, you need to contact RCI to get some advice, let us know what happens.

This happened to me and I got 6 points for a 3 night cruise. But I think it was only a limited time promotion thing, just send them a email and if you are due I'm sure they will give them you, they did for me. But, don't expect a quick answer, took about 3 weeks.

Isn't it funny how people with nothing to say say it with so many words! The OP just wanted to know if anyone knew where the station was. If they have been on one cruise they knew what you told them!

has anyone stayed in aft js 1706 liberty of the seas we are gonna be in that cabin for thanksgiving we did have 7414 booked but 1706 became available so I changed to that one if anyone has any pics please let me know I wanna see what the balcony looks like

Hello, I really need a little assistance with picking a hotel in London. My DW and I are taking a cruise out of Southampton 2Nov 2014, but we are going to spend a few days in London, but where to stay in London is the problem! ( I would like to stay under or around $150.00 a night) So many choices and so many places to see! I think I want to stay on the south bank, please any information on hotel, B&B or homes to rent would be greatly appreciated. Also what is best a bus tour or just walk around? In case you have any questions, yes this is my first visit to the UK, and really looking forward to it.

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone. I guess I don't read the fine print very often, I didn't see the information on the RCI web site when I booked a solo cruise on the Enchantment of the Seas and I didn't see where the were giving double points. But I did on CC, I contacted RCI they looked into it and gave me my 3 extra points. I consider that a win and a good job by RCI. I know it's just 3 points but 3 points closer to diamond. I really like having that gold card, just a little spoiled I guess. Thanks again!

Hello everyone, I'm thinking of booking a New Years cruise. Has anyone on CC been on one? What did you think of it, anything special happen, or go on? Did they have any special parties. Would you do it again? Thanks for your input.

Have an adults only cruise once per month, various ships and itineraries. If it proves successful (and I'm thinking it would just from reading these boards over the past few years) they could add even more sailings.

 

I'm not against kids/families on cruise ships I just think that it would be a nice option now and then.

 

I agree. At least enforce the adults and chair hoggers. By the way I am against kids on ships, go ahead and flame, I'm a big boy I can take it.

Going to keep my 8 night TA, but a lot of people weren't happy about the dinning and no MDR. I guess they got over that.

I don't think so, everything I see states you must cannx and buy a new package. I wouldn't take a chance. But on the Allure last month they did let me wife cannx her package after the third day. Good luck and have fun.

Just wanted to pass this on. Last Monday I got back from the Enchantment of the Seas when we were at Nassau a young man got taken off the ship in handcuffs. Seems we was smoking some marijuana in an inside cabin, deck 4. What I think is odd is my cabin attendant asked when the other guy was going to clean and change the bedding. The other attendant said "They only stayed one night no big deal!" :eek::eek::cool::cool:

I know that at least a few folks out there have been on TA's. Can you please share some information, like what did you do every day when you were at sea? Did RCI have a lot of programs? My DW and I are doing a TA this Nov on the Quantum and she is concerned about being, well not really bored, just what did you for 8 days? She is from New York and has trouble sitting for more than 10 minutes at a time! Thanks in advance for your input.

I would also love to hear from others - something other than "it's a personal decision." For the two of us, we have tipped everywhere from $0 to $50. I would like to know if we are at least in the ballpark of acceptability. $0 for the concierge that did nothing, including not bothering to learn our names.

I know what you mean my last cruise on the Allure when ever we walked into the lounge he looked down quick and not one time even said hello! All we ever got was a recorded message on the phone. The Enchantment concierge did a much better job. :(
