First of all go enjoy your cruise as I said here before the exact same thing happened to me. We lost the cabin that we really wanted and also the items we purchased such as specialty restaurants and few other things that totalled $400. We had to rebook everything but everything turned out ok. They refunded the money we lost and you now what the cabin that they rebooked for us turned out to be very good location. I know what you're talking about the customer service not be very good but as I said it'll work out. I understand your frustrated just try to have a little patience. Hope everything works out have a great cruise.

I just wanted to post this in case it happens to anyone else when RC offices are closed. I booked 3 cabins directly with RC, and paid final payment on time online. Their system was a little glitchy, so I logged into the RC website to check that the balance was paid, and all three reservations were listed as having no balance due. A week after final payment, I got an email from RC telling me that two of the reservations were cancelled. The website still lists all three reservations as being active, and I called and they told me their system still has our reservation and the emails must have been generated in error. I'll need to check periodically, because we are traveling with 3 small children so there aren't a lot of cabins we can even use (need something quiet and one of the rooms has to hold 3 people) so if they give away our rooms we'd be in terrible trouble. I found this out at 1 am EST, and their offices close at 2 am. So I'm posting this in case this happens to anyone else at a time when their offices are closed.
That's what happened to us 2 weeks before or cruise on the Allure. They cancelled our cruise and everything that went with it speciality restaurants, internet, etc. RC admitted it was their fault totally gave us 100 obc which never happened. Anyway we had a really nice time on the Allure great ship.

Decided to log on to RCCL's website to see if there was any explanation and pick something else. I go to my personal page and it states I have no cruises booked. Exactly what happened to you happened to me. RCI did rebook me it was totally their fault. They threw $100 obc then I looked at the cabin it’s right above the arcade on the 14th deck. Needless to say we are changing that cabin there is no way I’m taking this one my travel agent is working on it as we speak I hope it works out

I just canceled our cruise for next month it was a non refundable and fully paid. Anyway we've decided to cancel that trip and rebook it for later next year for about the same price as the original cruise. Then I've noticed that the final price was a few hundred short than the original . When asked the TA she said
It is because of the taxes, they do not protect the taxes. I

Is this place open for business I understand there was a problem with refunds. We always go there when were in Cozumel. Anyone who has been there recently please give some feedback if you can much appreciated.

On formal night or dress up night do they have free champagne on the Promenade. I hope so

I'm really considering canceling our cruise for December. This virius has really hit hard here in Michigan my family and friends. I probably will reschedule for next year. Or until they come up with a vaccine. Be safe everyone.

Just off the Symphony last week the dinning room there only venues that we were cold was Chops. We all ended up having dinner outside the the restaurant turned out very nice with central park in front of you nice evening what else also 150 central park little chilly there . Didn't bother to see Hairspray and ice show was cancelled to to bad weather. You know to be on the safe side pack a sweater just in case that's what why wife did it'll come in handy at some point.

Just make sure you add both reservation numbers and time you want. It worked for me they replied in a few days. Thanks to Clara I know that's not his name he's the man that knows a lot.

That happened to us about a year ago. Never would have known that your cruise was cancelled until I start receiving emails that our dining package and other things were refunded. They gave is a 150 onboard credit for their mistake. Also a better cabin then original one. Thanks to our TA
