I was able to purchase things for my cruise ON THE APP!! just now. But it was a drink package and it was same price on my APP as online, I booked one for a different cruise this morning, before the crash.

FYI IT SAID NOT WORKING BUT IT'S BEEN PAID AND ORDERED according to my cruise planner! check your recent orders tab.

Tried to call said wait was over 120 minutes, so i hung up. System down now, said my cruises went "sailing" ha ha ! I too could not get the payment to work. Hopefully, it gets fixed soon. I was only trying to add beverage packages, which are a good deal!! Good luck and have a great day everyone.

Doesn't look like they will be ready any time soon. 

I see the tents. So I wonder if they will still open to tourists? I know the cruise ships are still not allowed until Tier 4, I believe. So they wont be able to dock there yet. HMMM. Makes you wonder if they are really going to be able to cruise anytime this year???

WELL , that will start the cruise off poorly. Wonder why they are doing this?

Do they do anything special on the Inaugural Cruises?? Never tried one before.

Our tour was cancelled due to fog on the Celebrity Eclipse, August 7th. 

We go next week so not yet

I emailed them directly questions and got some answers, BUT i wrote a few days ago regarding cancellations and the same lady has not responded. I am sure they dont want to tell me anything but when this is one of your "major" excursions, i would like to have warning so I can book something else instead! We go next week and I am concerned about the other post By ITALY52  stating the cruise ship got closer than Marine Allen! I think I would want my money back!

WE just booked for July 22 and anytime is full as well, I am going to go see the maître de as soon as I can after we board and request to be changed.

You should do this as well. HOPE they can accommodate us! and you!

I dislike this new way as well, finally had to call. Was much nicer to be in control of all aspects!

I have not been able to find a cancellation button anywhere online! Been this way for months! Where specifically now do you go to cancel??

I called the agency who is handling the "short" cruise. All the Property Brother's events are restricted to just those who book with the agency. Cabin are about double the regular price. They don't have the entire ship booked. The www site showed no suites available, but when I talked to the agent there were several.

Funny, when I called they told me they charted the whole ship? However, I did find it online to book so I tried to book and it keeps saying no cabins available!:confused:

There are blogs out there to read about the last time they did one of these and sounds like a blast. It said they were very interactive and friendly! They made a point to see everyone!:cool:
