i talked to everyone would could we called room service so many times we went to the front deck.they said that is not my department call--- or --- so we did. i was told when we prepaid it would be in our room.i have always bought it on board. their were others that prepaid and were going thru the same thing just not as long. my husband loves his .i am dibetic and on others ships i have gotten sugar free or sprite zero with the card and they made my mocktails as no sugar added as they could.we waited at first because there was 3000 plus people wanting some thing . but a day and a half .a hour and a half after we cancelled here comes room service with our cups.next time i will go to a bar like someone said .

mine was a soda and more his was just pop . maybe cause they get credit for selling the cups????? others had some troubles but not us much as us

we are on the regal right now and prepaid for our pop cards.they put a paper saying that it was a gift. but when we went to get our cups they keep telling us no go here or call bar, or room service or ect. they had a table full they were selling but wouldnt take our paper or give us a cup we had the stickers on our card but they didnt include diet sprite . i just cancelled mine my dh cancelled his and went to the table after noon today a day and a half after many times being told we will be there in 10 mins

next time we just buy it on board and skip the stress . oh no im sorrys just

we are on the regal on oct. 24. we were on the emerald princess last dec. I was so mad I almost went on rc this time my daughter is going on a different cruise line. what was the problem? attiude of the entertainment staff. they acted like they hated their job. they wouldn't even hook up the wii for the posted wii golf game . the staff member said there was only 5 people here and she wasn't going to all the trouble to hook up the game if there wasn't at least 8 people . just stuff like that all cruise long. please princess PLEASE be reading this and talk to your staff . im love all the dumb cruise games. I work hard all year im paying for you time so on oct 24 let the fun begin .SO BAD ATTIUDES!!!!!!!!! oh and it okay about the prizes but I still want the joke of the day

we did a back to back in april out of houston. they give you a cruise card a day or 2 before the 2cd cruise. if you book the same room you dont even have to unpack they just have you meet somewhere [they give you a letter with the card]and them walk you thru customs ahead of all show you card and back to the ship. bonus ; YOU GET A GET OUT OF MUSTARD DRILL card [okay so it;s a green dot on your card. just show the dot if someone tells you you have to go to the drill.you still get your booze the last night before cruise no 2 so if you dont want it yet let them know. have fun:):)

i was on the cruise with you. im still on the ship im one of the ones on the back to back.i'm not sure if we meet or not but it was a wonderful cruise.im enjoying this one just as much doing the things i didnt get to do last time [i spent alot of time watching my husband dennis sing.]the ship has a wonderful team.hope you had a great time too. cant wait to read your review.maybe it was a good thing you missed the cabin crawl. i fell in love with the window suite.wow .hope you trip home went smooth.
