Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. Their customer service is shocking! They really have no clue unfortunately. Did you get a Celestyal booking reference? If so you can login via their website and see all the details as if you had booked with them direct. I hope you enjoy your cruise. We did but didn't enjoy the long wait for a refund on our cancelled excursions!
  2. Just in-case anyone else is looking I found this brief video on YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/clip/UgkxqnbYsTxQdn4fKQWLYuM1nzCschM-rd6x
  3. Hi everyone, I think this has been asked before but I couldn't find any recent pictures of the grand suites on Crystal. I see there are a couple of reviews that aren't that old from people who stayed in those cabins but they didn't have any pictures attached. If you do have some pictures and wouldn't mind sharing, I'd be grateful and you will have the gratification of adding to my excitement! 🙂
  4. Yes were able to book Surf and Turf and Kora La as well for March 2023. No excursions available yet though.
  5. Two weeks!! I work in digital marketing and that was a bit ambitious. Clearly that was a different timescale than the hired company had. Six months is much more like it for a major over hall. So perhaps it will be sorted soon.
  6. I also contacted them about the lack of 2023 information on their website. I also read somewhere that they have appointed a new company to revamp their website so I expect that is what is going on. They were there a little while back but disappeared when we went to book. I think also they are changing their pricing structure to different levels of inclusivity which might be another reason. We contacted a TA though and they were able to book 2023 for us. We were keen as we wanted a particular cabin grade and itinerary. Booking via a TA was interesting as well. I was surprised how long it took to get a response from them and we tried several of our usual ones. I wonder if during the pandemic they let a lot of staff go and so now are struggling with the demand or maybe it is just busy with lots of people wanting to get away.
  7. We also noticed the change in drinks package. We were trying to book for March 2023 but missed out on the cabin we wanted so then had to rethink the date. When we were ready to book for November 2023 we noticed they had changed the offer so that you chose between drinks with meals and premium unlimited. To be honest the upgrade to premium is great value especially with the excursion credit and wifi. So we went for that.
  8. Sorry to highjack your thread but it is on topic 😉 We are booked for the end of February 2023 and were also wondering about the Dining Club. @pennib you mention that you had a degustation menu - is that the one with the wine pairing or something different? Also is the wine pairing one always on the sea day? We have booked the S&T and Kora La already but the Dining Club is not showing yet. Perhaps that can only be booked onboard.
