Has anyone sailed on the Jewel of the Seas out of San Juan recently, and can you tell me if one is able to drop their luggage off at the ship around 11:00am? They don't have boarding times before 2:30 but we're Landing in San Juan at 10:30am and would like to spend some time in Old San Juan before boarding later in the afternoon.

Thanks for the replies. I was just curious if they might have access to, let's say, balcony cabins that might be available even when the website shows them all booked.

Can anyone provide me with info on this C&A benefit? Can they help you make reservations with any greater effectiveness than the regular call center?
