Thanks, RachelG. It makes sense to do the Deck BBQ, if at all, while in port. It does sound fun.

Is there a Deck BBQ on every cruise, or only on those of a certain length? Are they always on, for example, the fourth night? I don't remember these from my prior cruises but, granted, we haven't cruised since May 2015.

I'm giddy just reading your posts! Thank you so much for sharing this incredible experience with us all. I don't board Explorer until April, so it's wonderful to read along.

Any pictures and comments on the Seven Seas Suite will be greatly appreciated. No problem if no pictures, though, because your descriptions are excellent. Thanks in advance.

In no particular order -
- We prefer the more relaxed dress code and atmosphere
- I still work and Regent has 7-10 day itineraries that interest us
- Business class airfare to Europe for PH suites and above
- Large suites
- It's what we know
-
We boarded in Lisbon and agree it was a wonderful itinerary. It was great having two days in Bordeaux.

The Lisbon to London segment is a "Wine Event." I should hope they would restock before London.
-
So, will they restock somewhere along the way? Or is the Voyager just out of these wines for the foreseeable future?

All KLM 747s now have very comfortable fully flat, non-angled seats with large overhead bins. That, together with great food, wine and service (for an airline), make KLM one of our favorite Business Class experiences to Europe.

I also recommend Barcelona Day Tours. We did a full day private tour to Montserrat and a cava winery (Artcava) and it was wonderful. The company is very professional, responding promptly to emails and confirming all details the day before your tour.
-
But we've only flown the 747 for longhaul flights. Their seats, food, wine, and service are very good. And you get the little Delft house.

We did the air deviation for our cruise out of Barcelona so that we could go ahead and reserve better flights and seats. We're on United, which I think is a Regent favorite. If you book through Regent, just tell the representative that you want to speak with someone about an air deviation. There is no deviation fee to talk to someone about your options, only when you decide to go with the deviation. We think it's worth the expense to have better flights -- we were even able to get a nonstop home from London.

If anyone manages to obtain a copy of the Included Wine List, would you mind posting it here? That would be great. Thanks.

We are booked on a cruise next year with 75 minutes of phone time and limited wifi. We would like to exchange the phone minutes for more wifi minutes. Does anyone know if this is allowed?
SS Voyager Question - Voyager suite deck 9 or 10?
in Regent Seven Seas Cruises

I agree it might be better to move to Deck 9. We were in a Voyager suite on Deck 8. Loved the suite and the location. I think Deck 9 would be a very similar experience.
