I am an Elite status with Princess and one of the perks I-get is complimentary snacks on formal night. No I have read that if you order these snacks over your stateroom telephone you will charged the $5.00. So my question is how do I get my complimentary snacks without the charge.

Can anyone help me for a suggestion for Insurance Company to insure wife and I for a 12 day cruise around Southern Australia. Some pre-existing conditions apply. Cruise is booked and have got a great cabin but now no Insurance and some of the Insurance Companies charge more than half the cruise cost.

Anyone coming on the 10th December cruise to Southern Australia, 2023 on the Majestic Princess? so far cannot see anybody, I will be lonely on that nicr big ship.

They are just feral and should be shown up for what they do.

 Just a thought about how Covid might start, especially when people do not care about other passengers and do not wash their hands before using utensils of any kind.

 Being a long time supporter of Princess cruises and having done many cruises over the years throughTravel Agents, this upcoming cruise on the Majestic I will be doing through Princess direct. What I would like to know is what should I expect to be sent to me prior to embarkation,having already downloaded my luggage tags and printed off my cruise contract. When using a travel agent I was sent a nice travel wallet with all the paper work done, a lanyard, and sometimes some complimentary items in the form of vouchers to use on board. Does anything like this happens with Princess?

Travelling on Majestic in October to NZ return and was wondering if there is still the Happy Hour for Platinum and Elite on board. Also is there still a one time liquor set up for Elite Passengers in their cabin, etc. it’s been 3 years since my last cruise and that was on the Majestic and these things were available . . . I will miss them if not.

On both our profiles the photo of my wife appears with my profile info and my photo with the wife’s profile. How do I change these over to be correct.

Can you book transfers from airport to ship and return via your personalizer? Everything else is OK to go. Cannot connect to Princess via phone unless you wait for an hour, so I thought there might be a way through on line.

Have tried to link my booking after giving my Booking Number and nothing happens, can anyone help, please.

Just asking how do others feel re booking of their Cruises. I have used Princess Direct and a Travel Agent and now have been directed to a Princess Cruise Planner. I am a bit worried about the time that the Cruise Planner takes to reply to some of my queries. Am I been selfish and not allowing time for her to obtain the info that I want? if so, I am sorry but with all the cancellations that I have been having I do not know what is the best plan to adopt. Please advise or help where you can.

Even if we don’t have a bad flu season the hype will stop any cruises happen.

And as you said, the last thing we need is another Ruby Princess,even with a bad case of the cold and flu.

Ruby princess was caused by the NSW State Gvernment and that Brad Hazzard . . . not the Ruby.

One of the pluses is that they moved the photo gallery to deck 6 so there isn't that bottleneck going aft to the Vista Lounge or aft MDR.

 

Crooners is slightly larger than on the Grand class ships so there would be spot where you could sit out of the traffic flow. Avoid the Piazza Bar / International Cafe where possible. It gets very crowded there at times, especially at night if there is a good dance band playing. 

 

The balconies are tiny but the cabins are identical to the Grand class ships. 

Looking forward to cruising on the Royal Princess in October this year. Hope all still going OK.

Hi all, cannot seem to get Ocean Medallion app to work right. It will not accept my birthday date, and also my passport details. Do you think that it does not like Aussie Passports or does not know about Aussie passports. I am having problems with both my IPad and mobile phone. My cruise is on the Royal Princess on October 24 from Sydney to NZ return. Am I too early for the Medallion app? I do not know.

Has anybody having problems with the Ocean Medallion on Princess ships. I cannot enter my payment method/credit card info or fill in the slot for my birthday without getting an error message. This happens on both my IPad and mobile phone.

They didn't and until Hazzard and Albo get out of the scene it is going to be a hard task. just keep asking you local member. Cruising brings Millions into  our economy.

Totally agree. Everything shown was over 18 months to two years ago. Cruising is back, believe me.
