Sorry...Liberty of the Seas at the end of August

Curious on when the Formal Nights are typically? On most of our past cruises the nights have been the 1st Sea day and then the Sea day the night before the last night on board. Worth dining in Main dining room or would you recommend a Specialty for that night?
