To amplify on the Hawaii questions. The General Excise Tax, commonly referred to a sales tax, is levied on almost everything and is not included in the posted price in a store or menu. Many countries include tax in the posted price but not in the USA. The rate varies a bit by island as there can be county additions. On O'ahu it is 4.71%. Tipping is typically 15-20% in the USA and not normally included automatically unless you have a large group in a restaurant or it states it is included.
There are additional taxes on hotel rooms and rental cars which raises their cost quite a bit. When comparing prices check to see if they are including the taxes.

We will travel more in the Pacific, such as Hawaii,Tahiti, New Zealand and Australia and less to other areas. That said we have family living in Germany so we will be paying a lot of attention to events in Europe.

Going back to an unanswered question- there are three freeways on Oahu (H1, H2, H3) and they were built to facilitate military convoys going to and from Pearl Harbor/ Hickam AFB from other bases on the island and of course help general traffic circulation. Unfortunately even with these roads there is severe traffic congestion in and out of Honolulu during commute periods. Allow extra time and you will be OK.

I have not been to the Sea Life Park luau but have been to PCC and Paradise Cove. I think that after the PCC dinner show any of the others will be a bit of a let down. That said, they are fine and Paradise Cove does a good job, they are on the west end and Sea Life on the east end of the island but at that time of the evening traffic shouldn't be a problem coming from either area.

We did cancel our June Baltic cruise some time ago, before the current Ukraine crises, as a conflict arose with a family wedding. That said, if we still had it scheduled I would have to think hard about spending any money in a Russian port or paying their visa fee. Just don't like to support bad behavior.

I used to do business in The Bahamas, you don't want to take a chance with their officials (and the cruise line changing their schedule). I would follow the other suggestions and have your legal marriage elsewhere and have a reception onboard your cruise.

Too many to list, but here are some favorites:
At Pearl Harbor: Valor of the Pacific Museum and USS Arizona Memorial tour, USS Bowfin submarine, also take the free shuttle over to Ford Island for the USS Missouri battleship tour and Pacific Aviation Museum.
Bishop Museum for Hawaiian culture and history in a historic building.
Polynesian Cultural Center is a great experience, be sure to take in the dinner show. It's next to Brigham Young University's Hawaii campus and their students are most of the employees at the Center.
Kualoa Ranch for more varied activities in a rural setting- ATV tours, small bus tours of WW II bunkers and movie sets. Also horseback riding and a private lake and beach tour. It's a touristy place but interesting.
