Probably not... just log yourself out and then log back in. It should update then.
That worked! Thanks so much!

Question. I had to change our cruise. It’s not updated on the app(everything correct online). Shows wrong ship and date.
Do I need to uninstall and redownload?

Thank you! We’re driving this time. I’ll pack it!

I’ve always brought screw tops onboard, but my favorite wine is corked. Can I bring a corkscrew in my luggage/carryon? Didn’t know if it’d get confiscated.

Wish some ports had oversized parking for class c’s. Would love traveling in RV to cruise port….
We just sailed out of Port Canaveral and saw several large 5th wheels parked at the terminal parking area.

We’re on this sailing with y’all. Hope to meet you in person at the Schooner Bar.

I can see excursions in both Cozumel and Yucatan. Some of them are already sold out. I'm on the cruise on the 14th of Jan. When are you cruising?
Same one! I don’t know why the excursions aren’t showing 🤷♀️

We’re on Radiance out of New Orleans this January. Stops include Cozumel, Costa Maya, and Yucatán(Progreso). Only Cozumel is showing excursions in the cruise planner, not the other 2 stops. Anyone know why?

Will Fulton parking work for a Royal Caribbean cruise? Looking at a 9-night option.
Yes! We’ve used them multiple times for our RC cruises.

Hi, my family and I are cruising for the first time from Florida (only done European cruises up to now), flying in to MCO on Saturday with the cruise leaving Port Canaveral on Sunday. For the overnight we have booked Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Port Canaveral which looks very close to the port.
Is anyone able to advise whether it is standard for hotels in the area, or better still if anyone knows for this particular hotel, to provide shuttle services to the ship on departure days or will we need to arrange our own transfer for the morning? I've tried contacting the hotel but they're not proving to be very responsive unfortunately.
Many thanks.Question. How are you getting to your hotel from the airport?

It's a combo Hampton Inn / Home2 Suites. It's one building but has two wings. There are two breakfast areas and the doors outside have two card readers (one for each brand) but it's all accessable between each other. It was a very nice place to stay.
Thank you! We’re doing the same itinerary in October.

Did you contact the actual insurance company?
Royal acts as a agent for the insurance company. Royal does not insure you.
Update. Insurance refund showed up last night. It was via Royal Caribbean.

Yes. Twice. And emailed per AON’s(that’s the insurance company Royal uses) instructions. I was told from an agent that they’re ‘contacting Royal Caribbean’ to verify, which they have my booking ID of the canceled January Jewel cruise.

If I cancel my cruise and am issued a FCC, will I be refunded the cost of RCL insurance?
Royal Caribbean canceled our Jewel cruise and we were not refunded the RCL insurance, which angered me because they were the ones that canceled our cruise.

We have received FCC and refunds for purchased internet and excursions. We were told by RC that we would be refunded for their Vacation Protection insurance plan. We haven’t received that. Called this morning and was told that we won’t get that back and referred a link to the insurance company to file a claim. I am not happy because I didn’t cancel the cruise, RC did!

We were booked on one of the canceled Jewel cruises. Everything but the insurance was refunded/FCC except for the Vacation Protection Plan Insurance. Called RC and they do not handle it, gave me a link to submit a claim. After submitting booking ID/date said our info couldn’t be found. When RC canceled this cruise we were originally told that the insurance would be refunded. I’m totally confused as to why it isn’t refunded on a cruise I did not cancel. Help.

Mine usually show up within a week's time.

Yes/No/Maybe
None of us know. There may be times the port has to ask a scheduled ship to stay away. It won't always be Indy that draws the short straw, other lines and other Royal ships may get the bump that day.
My daughter is on the January 7 sailing. Is Nassau removed from the January itineraries?

We will be researching our options after the first of the year. Ideally, if we can find one shuttle service that will pick up at two different Orlando hotels and then take us to the port, then the whole family could travel together to get on the ship. But, we still need to finalize who is staying where. I think those with younger children want to stay on Disney property.
Keep me updated on what you find out too!

I used Coco Beach Shuttle to get from the airport to a Port Canaveral hotel and was pleased.
There are several shuttle companies - just google .
Do they pick up at airport hotels in Orlando?
Help choosing first European cruise

Trying to plan our first European cruise and looking for advice on which departure port to select. We’re considering either Rome or Barcelona to sail from. Looking for airport convenience close to cruise port, as well as hotel( we can only fly in a day early).
