Sorry, I searched forums and couldn't quite find an answer: We have 6 shore excursions to use next December 12 day cruise/carribean. Our strategy is to book 3 each at the higher prices $150-200) to maximize OLife. If we do other tours, we will do private or perhaps get to the 25% discount number through ship (deciding later). We would like to book our 6 OLife excursions now - Can we do that on-line on our account right now and not be charged - using our Olife "credit" for the excursions - or do we have to call Oceania to book those excursions? Thanks for posting on the forums; we have found Oceania for first timers a bit confusing in terms of their pricing/marketing versus say RC. Looking forward to trying Oceania as we've been on 3 other lines...

Looking for advice as we've never sailed on Oceania (RC & Celebrity for most past). $600 OBC or the six 'free' excursions, but limited to the OLIfe ones. It's pretty confusing how Oceania does excursions, but looking through the menu I think I understand (certain excursions excluded from OLife). On a 12 night cruise we're definitely going to do 3+ excursions so that's not an issue. We also have no worries about booking excursions on our own. So is it a better 'value' to take the excursions or OBC? $100+ per excursion these days is not unreasonable to expect so I tend to think the excursion OLife "deal" is best value. We're not big drinkers so that option isn't being considered. Thanks for any advice to an Oceania newbie!
