We have a late flight out of Houston, so when we get off the Harmony and retrieve our luggage on April 14, we would like to spend some time walking around Galveston instead of sitting at the airport. We would like to store our luggage for a few hours. WHAT IS THE NEAREST place to the Royal Caribbean Pier (1402 Harborside Drive) that will accept our stored luggage? We are "walkers" and we don't have a huge amount of luggage, but we would Love to get rid of it; I'm having a difficult time finding a place that is near by. Can you help?? (THANKS in advance!!)

What does this mean that Uber is not licensed to enter the port?? But yet, people keep recommending Uber. Could someone enlighten me? What am I missing? THANKS BUNCHES

I keep reading that people are saying that they used Uber to get from a Houston Airport to Galveston; HOWEVER, I also read that Uber is NOT licensed to enter the port. Could someone enlighten me?? I'm confused.......(LOL)

I'm hearing that LGA is not the best airport to use; however, it was $400.00 cheaper than EWR. The ship docks at 7:00 am and our flight doesn't depart until 1:29 at LGA, so we have plenty of time to get there but not really enough time to do anything else. I would like to do public transportation. Could you give me specific details on how to get there (walk off the pier to a train or bus??) THANKS bunches!! I KNOW this might sound crazy to some of you, but I would just like the experience of doing the public transportation.
