Should we go with an SS on deck six rather than an SY on deck eight? Cost today is only 50.00$ per person.

How good would a room under the" Dive In" be?

That's what we wanted to know. From an SY or SS, which has better chance. SS is only 100.00$ more. Well spent or not? I also understand from deck 8 to deck 6.

Less chance of noise if we do not get upgraded.

Which parking deck would you park at when you cruise with Holland America line? I would like to be close to the check in area.

CIQ and Mrs CIQ have changed from Nov 23 2014 on the Niew Amsterdam to the Oct 25 2014 sailing on the Westerdam.We are going to the Eastern Caribbean.

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn at FCO. It has free shuttle 24 hrs a day to the airport. We liked the hotel very much. Hope you have a fun and safe trip.

The only thing to make it better for me would be if my wife and I were on it now.

We bought the package on our last cruise. We felt like it was a good deal as we used it for more than alcohol. I guess it is what you make of it. We will buy on our next cruise.

If you prebuy the signature beverage package your cards will be in your room upon embarkation. The cost of the drink must be seven dollars or less.

Another option is to buy a beverage card (not the signature beverage package)which has a specific dollar amount. This card could be used for drinks over seven dollars. With this card the cost of drinks is deducted from the price til the account(purchase price) is depleted.

You can buy the signature beverage package online prior to sailing from HAL website. The cards will be in your room on embarkation. For the op remember that the signature beverage package cards only cover drinks of 7.00$ and less,also a maximum of 15 drinks per day.If you buy this package you must take your key card along with the beverage card on the first purchase, then all you will need for drink purchases would be the beverage card.
