  1. Working 2 Cruise, there are 6 of us that will be on the Crown for the first time in March to Mexico do you happen to have the Patters from your cruise? My sister and I would love to see what the Crown has going on.

Thank you for your input on the Crown we are so looking forward to sailing on her.

  2. We went to Prudhoe Bay with an outside company and had a great trip. I can see why some of the people would complain about the accommodations, but we found them to be just fine we don't need a high class hotel to make us happy. And for the chance to see that part of Alaska was wonderful. I loved Coldfoot it was such a qurky stop. You just have to learn to go with the flow.

  3. Pet Peeves:

Kids running amuck in the middle of the night, where are the parents?

Slamming the doors in the middle of the night, come on...

Talking loudly in the middle of the night, didn't your parents teach you better?

People who stop in the middle of a busy traffic area to take a picture of someone across the deck, can't it wait...

People on scooters going to fast down the hall, with me plastered against the wall...

People in scooters coming around the corners to fast, running into the back of my heel and me having to limp the rest of the cruise...

People that think that they are better that you and deserve more becasue they have cruised 100 times, grow up you are only human...

Forgot one... people that play trivia and fight with the crew member running it because they have the wrong answer, come on it is just a luggage tag...

  4. We were on a Disney cruise a few years ago and in PV we went on a tour that included tequila making at Levya it was the best tequila I have ever tasted. I plan to go back next year when we are back in PV.

  5. For the Island - Stacey Anderson - sanderson@princesscruises.com (661) 284-4446

She will need to know the approximate number of people attending and when you would like to have it. Most are scheduled on the first sea day either late morning or early/mid afternoon. She will contact the ship and arrange to reserve a room (usually one of the bars that opens after your get together.

Make sure you specify that there will be a No Host Bar. That means that everyone pays for their own drinks.

Thank you Paul I knew you would come through. And so fast...

  6. Ok how do I find out who the coordinator of the Island is? I would like to set up a meet & greet for our cruise in July. I have never done this before and a lot of our fellow cruisers are 1st timers. And what information do I need for the coordinator?

  7. You are correct. I was using the Island deck plan from the 2010/2011 Princess Americas cruise book which shows the aft two lifeboats as tenders which is not correct. Checking a shot of the Island indeed show that those last two are regular lifeboat so the view of E604 is over the front of a regular lifeboat. Their location is shown correctly on the Princess web site. The view should be similar to this shot from the Emerald Princess.
