One is with the info on the restaurants. The other is on the page where you make your reservations for the specialty dinners.

Thanks, but lamb is on the menu. My question is about the preparation. Agneau en croute is a Wellington style dish.
-
I've seen two different Menus for Jacques on Oceania's website. One has agneau en croute and the other does not Which is current? This is one of my favorite dishes.

Can you ask for wine or liqueur for the minibar in PV1 rather than liquor?
We got sidetracked with a different question.

On Riviera.

What are some of your favorite dishes on the Terrace for breakfast, lunch, or dinner?

I thoroughly enjoy cruising with Celebrity and Azamara and I am looking forward to an upcoming cruise on Oceania. Celebrity's website is periodically dysfunctional and Oceania is frequently just not available. Princess, while not as enjoyable for us, seems to have a very functional IT staff. Anyone got a clue as to why? As far as I know, Celebrity has very little in house support. What about Oceania?

Casino?

On what all can it be spent?

I remember reading many years ago that future cruise ships would be built with catamaran style hulls... Now if Celebrity were to be the first cruise line to do so they would be on the cutting "Edge". Could this be why there is such a hush hush over the new ship?
Actually Regent did it some time ago.

Pet Nit Noy, I have no idea what you are talking about. I could not access my reservation and called. They said it was a system wide problem. They confirmed my reservation. Don't criticize when you don't know what you are talking about.

Fixed.

Called Oceania. They can confirm your reservation, but have a software problem. They say it will be fixed this week.

I have read that the food in the MDR on Riviera is as good as in the specialty restaurants. True?
-
Best Italian - Princess, with moderate prices.
Best Steakhouse with an Italian Flair - Celebrity, but overpriced.
Not so well prepared - Freedom of the Seas, with reasonable prices and a rude manager.
Chef's Table
Celebrity - Best overall food, wine, and experience, but pricey.
Princess - Very close to Celebrity, but also pricey.
Freedom - Slightly below Princess and Celebrity on food and wine, but hampered by location and galley visit the next day. The price is right.
-
Chops-very good
Chef's Table-for the price, excellent. Better if not held in buffet and kitchen tour was not the next day.
Giovanni's Table-several errors in food prep resulting in poor results, combined with rude and insulting manager, for whom several staff said they would not work or transferred out.

You can see my comparison further down the page . We have sailed both, most recently spending two weeks on Freedom. Both are nice ships with friendly crew. With kids there is no question I would choose Freedom. With dad, and I am 77, there is no question I would choose Celebrity.

It does include "shirts", as in t-shirts or ordinary knit type shirts like polos. It does not include men's dress shirts.
Not on our list, and honest I am not trying to trash RCCI. We just did not find the laundry benefit useful. I'm glad you do. Some of us do not wear knit shirts even if they were on the list. Woven sport shirts are not the same as dress shirts and most men look better in them after 40. As to getting an earlier slot on MTD. we reserved 7:30, but showed up at 7:00. After the first time they gave us the same wait staff and time for two weeks. They were very pleasant about it and we skipped the 7:30 crowd.

Yes, that is the Diamond laundry benefit: $10 off a bag of wash 'n' fold laundry.
The Concierge can and does do far more for you than the Loyalty Ambassador. Did you need something specifically that the Concierge was unable to accomplish for you?
Nope, just wondered where she was and what she does for a living. Since the wash and fold does not include shirts and pants, it was not useful to us. We brought almost enough unders and socks to only have to wash out a couple of things. We paid full price for shirts and pants.
-
Perhaps the OP was referring to the Loyalty Ambassador.
We did see her on our last Freedom cruise at the events and at her desk. She did make the rounds in the Diamond Club taking pictures to post on the big screen TV used to advertise RCI stuff.
Sorry. I am not familiar with RCI terminology. The Loyalty Ambassador was missing in action. The only laundry discount I saw was $10 off $30 on socks and underwear.
-
For those to whom it matters, Celebrity rewards loyalty with internet hours and RCI with internet days. There is no laundry benefit at Diamond.
-
Sorry I have nothing about bars and shows. We don't do either.
-
I have just completed a review and comparison on the RCI board.

I would be appreciative.
