Any WA State folks having trouble getting covid vaccine certificates from the state database, and if so, how did you solve the problem? We got our second booster last week, and we need that certificate with a QR code to enter Dubai in mid November.
We are on the Explorer Dubai to Singapore embarking in November. I got word from my TA that our visas are NOT included in the overall cruise price. That will add $756 for Qatar and India for the two of us. Is this a new policy? I don't believe I have ever paid extra for visas on past Regent cruises.
Forgive me if this topic is been discussed previously. We are on the Explorer Dubai to Singapore in November 2022. My TA is quoting insurance cost up to about $10,000 to cover that trip including issues related to covid. If I take the covid part out of the equation it's about $1000. Anybody else having same problem? Any solutions? And is Regent still requiring a negative test to embark even with a vaccine card?
