Where is this info from?  And thank you!

  2. We finally made it to Miami around 1:00am after getting on a plane, deplaning it and having that flight cancelled. Rebooked on another flight, got on that plane, deplaned, re-boarded then almost got screwed due to pilot time out. Luckily we had some sort of supervisor on board who was able to get their time extended, rather than wait on a new crew.

Our bags didn’t make it; not sure why since it was seven freaking hours between deplaning plane one and leaving on plane two. Plenty of time to get the bags over there. They came in on a later flight and my husband just picked them up from the airport.

I really hope hope your dad makes it!  We’d love to meet him if he does.

  3. We had this suite on Harmony and loved it!  Not only do you have great seats for the Aquatheater shows and practices, but you have amazing ocean views as well. Ours had lounge chairs right outside the master room facing the ocean.

We asked our Genie if we could meet the cast of the Aquatheater show and we did between performances. After that, during other shows, they would wave or wink at my kids during performances as we watched on our deck. Made it really special!  Loved that suite!

    Enjoy!

  4. If you haven't already, you might consider contacting the guest services manager to discuss your experiences.

While shore-side issues are generally out of the control of the onboard staff, they can at least hear your concerns and make sure they are escalated through proper channels.

Thanks for the pictures! We're in the starboard side A1 for our cruise in September so I appreciate all the information you're providing.

You're welcome! I posted some Facebook Live videos last night of the Fine Line show from our balcony. It's very cool to watch from that perspective!
