Saga insist on telephone calls for most everything but I have a hearing loss. Luckily I have a nephew in the UK who has dealt with the crazy burocracy for us. Saga cruises have a good reputation, their admin does not!

We have managed to swop our booking from August (cancelled) to June 5. Fingers crossed this one sails, we are now booking flights. Blairbuie.

Has anyone discovered how to make a booking if they don’t live in the Uk and they are too deaf to phone Saga?
