  1. This is not true. If you pre pay, you can certainly adjust.

you used to not be able to.

Okay so I am brand new to cruising and am planning our first one for January. My husband 3 kids and myself are in one room. I prepaid our tips (not knowing any different). So now my cruise is paid in full how do people cancel tips? They can't hand you back x amount back in cash or credit you back can they?

I think the option shouldn't even be there. Tipping shouldn't be an option!!

Sent using the Cruise Critic forums app

Really? I think you would change your mind if you get that one in a hundred sucky room steward. Yeah, they exist.

  2. In May, the porters added the FTTF sticker to our luggage tags when they saw we had priority boarding on our boarding pass, for priority luggage to our suite. We did not buy FTTF. We were also IN the VIP lounge, along with the FTTF and the P/D, our suite was ready right away, and our luggage was there within an hour.

That porter made a mistake adding the FTTF labels to your luggage. It is NOT a suite perk.

  3. If you cancel them it will be just as they were never booked. Any money paid will be lost and the cabin will become a solo cabin and the solo supplement of 100% would have to be paid or the whole cabin will be cancelled.

Oh yeah, nothing they could do if it is your money. But you would lose that money and have to pay extra for the cabin. The cancelled persons part of the fare goes when they do.
