Anyone think this is going to change things:
Supposed to take place on Saturday in Florida...

Currently book for first week of April on Anthem. Not sure if we are going on cruise or not due to concerns over virus. More worried about potentially being quarantined then my ability to fight virus. Anybody else out there have any thoughts our opinions? (I may be sorry I asked.... )

Each time I have sailed on the Anthem, first thing we did was walk to the shore excursion area and book. We have been able to to book all activities without a problem this way. You use the kiosk in the shore excursion department. Hope this helps. Have a great cruise!

Yes I understand that. But the whole point for my family was to do the waterpark. Just frustrating to see that it's another fee on top of the cruise to pay.... But that's how things are now a days.

Wow.... That feels pretty crappy...
Full day pass is 79
Half day pass is 59
And these cabana prices... who is paying for these things?

Am I reading this correctly in my cruise planner for next year? There are options for full day or half day passes to the waterpark. Does this mean that the waterpark will not be included at Cococay?

Thanks for the answers.... even the ones that weren't so nice. Glad the internet is still a friendly place...

Last year when I was on the Anthem, I got the soda package which came with the cup for the freestyle machines. I still have the cup. Will it work when I go on my cruise this year in a couple of weeks?

Thanks everyone for all the great suggestions. We talked to the head waiter and she was able to take care of us. We got ordered breakfast and dinner a day in advance. We also were able to order desserts for lunch and dinner. For lunch my son stuck to hot dogs which were safe. The cruise staff handled this problem very very well and my family was very grateful. :D

I’m on the Anthem as well. There is a host of dumb problems... if you have kids who were excited for the Xbox area, tell them it’s broke. When I tried to talk to staff they laughed and told me they know it is broke. When I asked about fixing it they said “a technician will fix it in a couple of days.” I never knows there were certified Xbox technicians. There is a bunch of other things that I’ll save for my review later. I done several cruises and this is definitely not one of the top ones. There are some good things, but the bad thing are so easily fixable and when staff laugh about it it makes me mad. I work hard and spent a lot of money on this trip. I’d expect better service... sorry for the rant

I know this is last minute, but things have been a bit hectic recently. My 7 year old has a tree nut, peanut and raw egg (mayo) allergy. How hard will it be in windjammer to find nut free options? Does anyone who has peanut or tree nut allergies been on the Anthem of the seas and have some advice for me? Any info from any RCCL cruise would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for the last minute post as we set sail tomorrow!
PS It is the first cruise for my 7 year old and 5 year old!

What about on the ship? Are there things to do when the ship is in port?

I am looking at some options for the day my cruise is in port in the Bahamas in 2018. My wife and I originally planned to take our 5 and 7 year old to Atlantis to play at the water park but there are some complications. The first is Royal Caribbean has a height requirement that neither of my children will likely hit by then. Has anyone else brought younger kids who were below the height requirement and been able to get in?
Second, the cost is crazy! Over $660 for a family of 4! Any body have some other options or suggestions if we don't do Atlantis for the day?

Wow, it's been a while since I've been on here. Maybe close to 8 years! Glad to be back! I just booked a cruise for 4 on Anthem of the Seas in March of 2018. I'd love to hear some tips about the food. We have two toddlers and plan to avoid the restaurants with fees. I'm open to trying some if everyone thinks there is a can't miss one. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I have similar fears that there could be a quarantine and I would be stuck on the boat...
