A few questions about the Joy following her recent drydock

We are on the April 9th sailing. We've been checking every day and have not been able to book the thermal pass, get an error. When we started looking about a month ago, the price was $149 for 5 day cruise. Now it states that it is $229, still get an error when I try to purchase it. And when I called my PCC, she checked and said it is sold out. WTH? -
Does anyone know who the concierge is on the Joy right now? Or other officers? I know this may change after the refurb. Thanks.
