Paul, I echo your sentiments on all that has been happening lately. I try to count my blessings every day for the joy that my little family brings me.

I am glad you were able to put your experience with that anal card guy aside. Now, how are you feeling about that Porter 21 or something at Port of Miami? (That was you a few years ago, wasn't it?)

Thanks, Paul, for undertaking another review. I always look forward to them. I think they are the most insightful on the Carnival forum. And it is fun to trace your family adventures each year.

As a very experienced Carnival cruiser, do you and your family have any thoughts on the "enhancements" Carnival has been making over the past few years? Do they affect your experience?

I know I should be better than this, but line cutting and line jumping really bothers me. I get especially galled when people cut in lines for generous helpings of seconds. Generally this happens in the buffet lines (although I've seen it happen in just about any line). Since this bothers me, since my very first cruises, I've completely avoided the buffets. I do breakfast either from room service or in the MDR. There are plenty of specialty places for other meals where cutting seems less prevalent.
