You might contact the hotel and see if they have an airport shuttle.

I think you can go online to Super Shuttle or Prime Time shuttle, put in your start and end address and get a quote online to validate the taxi quote.

Thanks for posting this! The 5 night Miracle caught my eye!

You can get a little soot on the deck 4 Spirit class ships, but it's not bad. I agree 4228 and 4237 are the best cabins in the fleet. Look at the photos above, you can see the depth of the deck; the deck railing is nearly verticle so you get full use. Then look at the photo of the stern. You can see the dividers between balconies, the wraps are nearly as wide as the four middle cabins combined. Laundry room is right ascross the hall from 4228 if you need it and exterior stairs to deck three is two doors down.

Also, does Carnival sell shuttles to LAX airport at the conclusion of the cruise? Thank you.
You can grab a Prime Shuttle to LAX for about $15 pp. Go to their website and prebook, they often have special internet rates.

you can not order beer for room through BV department.
Sure you can. Done it many times. You can even request it to be iced down, but those results are hit and miss.

$35 a night, WOW!!!!
Suddenly the $15/night at the Long Beach terminal sounds like a bargain.

I'll speak from experience.
4226 is one large room, nothing like 4228 (my favorite). The stairwell IS a public stairwell, it goes down to deck three (we use this access frequently). It doesn't get used much; if your cabin is not in that area you wouldn't know about it. Used to experience smokers there, but not so much in the last few years. If you leave your drapes open, people using the stairs can look in your room (but again, hardly anyone uses those stairs). Tiny balcony, maybe 2/3 the size of a standard balcony.
This cabin offers a lot of floorspace and storage. Laundry is directly across the hall. VIP privelages. Being an aft area balcony there is no hall traffic. Dining room is one floor below (no noise issues). Closest elevator goes up to area between aft pool and lido buffet.
In the end, you'll worry more about the "potential problems" than you actually experience. We value balcony time, so the size of this balcony is the deal killer for us. Personally, I don't think the floorspace is worth the extra money, but you may.

Thank you, I have also been trying to locate this area on the deck plans. Did you try the Rotisserie? I can't wait to have some Mac and Cheese.
Yep.
Chicken is good. Mac and cheese is good. And there is always a place to sit.
About 47 more days and "I'm baaaack".

I've figured out where all the food is except the burrito bar. Can someone explain where exactly that is. I don't see it on the deck plan so I'm guessing it's a part of the Grand Buffet?
Unless they moved it....
On the Lido deck plan, between "Grand Buffet" and "The Lido Restaraunt" on the aft side (bottom), the little half round alcove area.

Perhaps they are just making more room for the new Ferrari, Maserati and Lamborghini dealer across from the cruise ships...
Souvenir just took on a whole new meaning. ;)

The round trip for the ferry boat (really just a little dingy that has about 4 or 5 bench seats) used to be $1.50 a couple of years ago and the last I heard. And, it only cost my DH and I $27 for the whole day at Victor's with me drinking Pacificos, he drinking sodas and us eating 2 platters of garlic shrimp. I'd call that not bad! ;)
It was up to a whopping $2pp two months ago (that's for a round trip). $27 bucks is about right.
As far as pesos vs. USD - the peso goes almost %38 further, ($100usd gets you about $1345mxn). Two months ago everywhere we went was 10peso to the dollar (the bill was $27usd or $270mxn, you choice).
Best thing to do in Cabo
in Mexican Riviera

Late December you should see many from the ship. Be on the lido two hours before arrival time.
