You may also want to take a look at Atlas Ocean Voyages. They are at the smaller end of ships, all newer and they do offer a camping experience.

You may want to look into Teeming River Cruises. They may be one of the few that only provides a DIY app for your excursions in the base prices. Pricing seems quite reasonable.
