Thank, anybody have experience with Haba?
We went out with Haba in 2008. The 2 sites we visited were good but I would have preferred Calypso or Poseidon. Haba crew weren't that friendly and the boat was crowded.

Quiet Stateroom? (With comments on problems) – No. First hump cabin off centrum with no wall in front so open to all noise in the centrum. We opened our closet and bathroom doors, stuffed 3 couch cushions underneath and a pillow on top which helped a lot.
Was stateroom a connecting stateroom? - No
Balcony View - Great view forward and down - no obstructions.
Balcony Size? Normal or oversized for class? - Small pie-shaped - half regular size - enough for just 2 chairs, no table.
Was wind a problem? - no
If an aft cabin, was soot a problem? - N/A
Any specific problems with this cabin? - Apart from centrum noise and the size of balcony, no.
Any other comments? - Very convenient location but would not pick this cabin again.

IMHO if you have time constraints in Cairns I'd suggest you do the ship's GBR tour (surely they'd have one) out of Cairns. The further north you are, the better to see the GBR. The Outer reef is better than the inner reef, inner being the Low Isles. We heard complaints on our last cruise about the tours to GBR from Airlie Beach with poor visibility and not much to see.

On Radiance last month our tablemates from the US arrived at 11.30 am and were sent away by 2 officials downstairs (before the escalators) and told to come back at 3 pm - their allotted time. The couple said there was practically no one there and definitely no line-up. They later complained to Guest Services who said those are only recommended times and they should not have been denied boarding. Guest Services compensated them with 20% off a future cruise (to be booked within 12 months). Guest Services also said they'd be contacting OPT personnel so it doesn't happen again.
