Sounds perfectly awful to me, but I'm accustomed to having an entire balcony cabin to myself.
Please check back after your cruise and let us know if all five of you are still speaking.

So you've gone from three people to five people?

Good luck and enjoy your cruise.

Get another cabin if you want to enjoy your cruise. Three in a cabin gets old real fast.

Absolutely Spectacular photos!!! Thank you so much for sharing them and your review with us. I'll be sailing to Alaska in just over three weeks. Your photos have added to my excitement.

Thanks. That's what I had heard but since we have always had room placements low and midship, it was never a problem. This time we are placed VERY front of the ship on Deck 9 AOS and we are sailing Transatlantic... hopefully I can still get it changed.
BTW, is the 9th deck a "better " deck than say, deck 3 or 2? (quality, price value wise)
You might want to check the deck plans for decks 2 and 3 to see if there is a high ratio of of three and four passenger cabins and adjoining rooms. These might be high population and high traffic areas. I like to book a cabin two decks under the Lido pool for quiet location and quick access to Lido/sun decks.

We are trying to decide between two Carnival excursions for our upcoming cruise. We definitely want to see some ruins at this stop and we are definitely going to book excursions at this port with the cruise line due to the travel time involved. Our choices are Xunantunich, which includes lunch, or Altun Ha, which includes a ride on the river, but not lunch. Both excursions cost the same amount (the fact that we would need to pay for lunch on the Altun Ha tour is not enough of a deciding factor...)
Can some of you that have been to these places or on these Carnival excursions give me some pros and cons to consider when we make our final decision?
Thanks in advance!
Erin
I'll be in Belize in Oct and have the same question. Hope someone has the answer.
