  1. I know the person who took the photo of the ships in the wine glass. He's been contacting various RCL sites to see who won the contest. Last evening he got a message from the Royal Caribbean Twitter account stating that the photo contest is complete, and the winners have been notified. He responded by asking where the winning photo(s) were available to view. They responded by sending the message "We'll look into this matter and reach out to you shortly."

I would have thought they'd want to publicize the photo contest winners and their response to his query to view the winning photo(s) is strange, to say the least. Why is this being kept so secretive?????

  3. My partner & I will be traveling with a friend (in another cabin) on the Harmony TA in October. We've all got my time dining and will be making dinner reservations online that will allow us to attend the entertainment we've reserved. Is it necessary to link our reservation with our friend's in order to have a table for 3 at our desired time or can we make an online reservation for a specific time & our friend makes an online dinner reservation for the same time & when we get to the dining room just ask for a table for 3?

  4. The list of alcohol available for each package is helpful. I have the Classic Package as part of the 123 go perk for my cruise next month.

I'm fine with all alcohol listed in the classic package and ketel one is my favorite vodka (it's included in Classic). My question . . . Is a Ketel One dirty martini or cosmo included in the classic package? I see a dirty martini and cosmo listed on the Martini Bar menu but it's over the classic package limit.

    Thanks

  5. Hi guys,

Bob and Reymon, from Wilton Manors, FL here. Booked this trip last December and really looking forward to it.

We haven't booked any excursions yet but will probably get on that within the next month or so. We're flying on Alitalia from Miami and arrive in Rome on Sunday the 5th. We'll stay in Rome that night and probably take the train to the dock the morning of the 6th. We're also planning on spending 3 nights in Rome when we disembark on the 17th.

We look forward to staying in touch and meeting you in October.

  6. I rarely read fiction but my all-time favorite gay novel is "Dancer From The Dance" by Andrew Holleran. A great story about gay life and love in NYC and Fire Island in the 70's, before the gay world was changed by the AIDS epidemic. It's funny and touching and Holleran is a beautiful writer. I've read all of his books but this one is my favorite.
