This is a good hotel. Clean, good shuttle service and breakfast in the morning.

We're in a good economy, people have extra discretionary money and they are spending it. All the cruise lines want a piece of it.

Freeport is always a day on ship for me

You can screenshot your docs and show them on your device.

Fdr said "significant" price hikes were coming early October, guess he is a man of his word, and pocketbook!

April, June, October, and December seem to be the popular months for these NCL increases. (DSC, service charge %, etc.)
I wonder what we'll see in 2 months...
Probably 22% service charge.

We've been assigned these rooms twice, accepted only the first time. I really felt uncomfortable with the bathroom. One large room with slightly sloped floor for the shower from the toilet area.

The safety of the crew and guests are of most importance.

Thank you for pointing this out. There has to be a source that states what the actual port fees at each port. As others have mentioned, we were immediately refunded our port fees when we missed GSC as onboard credit on previous cruises. This is a simple math question, and needs to be put to rest so we can all move on. To the OP, as others have mentioned, if you say you are done with NCL, why continue to look for a comp? I know a friend who continually finds fault with restaurants and hotels always looking for a comp. They make a game out of it, and it really is embarrassing. Recently was told to just leave from an establishment. Some customers are worth losing.
Cruise lines don't have accountability like airlines are required. The other "fees" leave room for fuzzy numbers.

We went Diamond on the second leg of a b2b and were recognized on the first leg as Diamond also. You should have no problem, as earlier suggested make sure they are linked.

Freeport is not worthy of leaving the ship

Probably for the safety of the guests and the crew.

Just got off Escape. Cagney's, Moderno and Manhattan all as casual as going to McDonald's. Things have changed in the MDRs since our LAST NCL cruise just two years ago. Food and service were excellent, but some guests really dressed as if for the buffet.

We were on the Escape the same week you were on the Dawn, sure wish Jose and Patti were on our ship, it would have helped make things better

Glad you enjoyed the cruise. We were on the Norwegian Escape also was supposed to go to Bermuda. Ended up in Pt. Canaveral and private Bahamas island, canceled Nassua. At least you received future cruise 25% credit, Norwegian gave us nothing.

Definitely smart business. Can't pay people to take a free cruise for every reroute (which there are many every hurricane season). NCL ships sail full, which is a good indication that their policies do not affect consumer demand.
There were two reroutes 2 weeks ago. Two, maybe three reroutes this week.
We have 500 cabin cancellations on the ship. Still lines everywhere, go figure

Mmmm. Best dining at sea

I imagine you will be fine.
What if PC is a port of call and you miss getting back on the ship? Will you be fined? -
Does anyone know if you can apply this split toward two cruises? I have balances due, but under $750 on each, together I'd have it covered.

Looks like an over nighter in Nassau

It's changed now...
NCL: Hurricane Florence – Norwegian Escape and Norwegian Dawn, September 6, 2018 At this time there are no changes to the scheduled sailings departing from Boston on September 7 for Norwegian Dawn. We are closely monitoring the storm and will provide additional updates as they become available. -
Probably Canada

Good find op, sure wish I could have had it on both my cards, would have booked a more expensive cruise or a second one.
