  1. Thank You! My wife & I have recently started exercising using the elliptical machine, weights, spending 20-minutes in the sauna, and then showering - versus going back to our cabin sweaty. BTW, There are cardiovascular health benefits with 20-minutes or more in the sauna taken 4x a week according to physician research studies in Finland.
