You can call 1-800-Princess and follow the prompts to get to app/medallion support.

This support seems to be based in the Philippines and the people I have spoken with have been very helpful.

    Thank you for your suggestion.

You need to email the medallion support department to get it fixed.  Mine was blue for about a year before they finally fixed it. Calling didn’t help, they promised to escalate the issue but nothing changed.  Once they correct your loyalty status you’ll be able to get your internet discount up front like you should.

What is the email address for the medallion support department?

    Thank you.

Unfortunately I'm still a 'real' book kind of person...so far...!

(Bringing books and then leaving them behind also provides room for shopping purchases!)

That is one of the reasons I enjoy bringing a ‘real’ book on a cruise. I was actually surprised on my Hawaii cruise last month as to the large number of people who were reading ‘real’ books. And the book exchange section in the library covered several shelves. I dropped off the book I brought from home but returned home with 2 books from the exchange shelf. Oops! I guess that defeated the purpose of having an empty ‘hole’ in my luggage upon disembarking.

Has anybody that was isolated received any type of FCC for the missed cruise days while in isolation??

I tested positive at the end of the land tour. I received FCC from Princess for my missed 8 days (7 night cruise plus 1 day travel Talkeetna to Whittier). The FCC appeared in my account 2 or 3 weeks after the ‘end’ of the cruise.

my problem now is trying to get Princess to remove that FCC from my account because I have been reimburse from my insurance claim.🙂

No. You pay extra for them if you want to use them. Since I am traveling solo currently, it works out less expensive for me in many cities to use the Princess transfers. In Fort Lauderdale, though, I flew in a day early and took a cab to my hotel and used a shared shuttle van from the port to the airport ($11 per person). Transfers are included if you book the hotel through Princess--but you're really paying a lot extra to do that.

Thank you. I did not think the transfers would be included but had a friend who believed differently.

  6. You won’t get an extra medallion. Just go to the customer service desk and ask to have access to the other cabin added to your medallion. I did this when traveling with my daughter and son-in-law in January. My daughter went with me to the desk when I made the request to ensure that she was ok with allowing me access to her cabin.
