Any snorkeling in the port area, if some want to stay at the pool and others want to snorkel??

There is also a small snorkel tank that is fun too.

The bird rooms are cool too but know before you know it they are climbing all over you.

We are thinking of doing this excursion. After spending time at Ocean World and doing the dolphin swim, is there time to hang out at the port, maybe do the zip line? Not the zip line excursion, just the one at the port that's like$20.00.

Thank you for all the replies. Rethinking it, we hit many beaches during our cruise so we may just spend our time right in Old San Juan. We love walking around there and plenty of good food. We also feel safe walking around there.

We were there last Feb and heard about a beach with great food shacks. One was said to have an amazing Red Snapper. We took a cab from old SJ but traffic got extremely heavy on the way so we aborted afraid we would not get to the airport in time for our flight. 

We're planning another cruise from SJ and again want to hit this beach but can not remember the name. Would you happen to know if it was Condado or Verde???

Can probably pick up a little cooler for the room there too. I do not believe Fantasy class ship have refrigerators in the rooms.

Going out next week on Carnival Fascination. I heard you could bring your two bottles of wine on board and if you get back off the ship to walk around San Juan, when you get back on board you can bring another two bottles of wine on. Is this information correct??

What is best to wear and bring on this tour??

Looking for hotels that offer transfers from airport and to cruise terminal. However, some of us are flying into Tampa and some into St Pete/Clearwater. We do not have to stay at the same hotels. Any suggestions?

Hi, We're flying into FLL from NY and sailing out of Miami. Our flight arrives late in the evening so we are looking for a hotel near FLL with or has access to shuttle service to port of Miami. Any suggestions?

Sailing Princess for first time end of March. Does the casino give you a free drink card once you an certain number of points?

Any other tips about the Princess casinos would be welcomed.

We were there on EPIC 1/14/17 cruise. Snorkeling out near the rocks was ok. Facing the water if you go to the far right of the beach you can walk in and easily get to the rocks. But, previous poster is right, if you go out to where it opens up to the sea , you should be a good swimmer or at the very least wear a vest. Did see a couple sea turtles in the grassy area.

Ha!! Funny! Hope she has a good sense of humor.

We had three act rooms in Escape and all our partitions were kept open. Then we were in Epic in January and saw the latch was easily accessible between the door and the frame. We stuck something in there,can't remember what, and lifted it opening the partition. Stayed open all cruise.
