I opted for an FCC (125%) on a cancelled cruise months ago. Can I now get the 100% cash back or am I stuck with the FCC? Sent from my iPhone using Forums

I paid for a cruise that was cancelled using 1. Debit card for deposit and 2. Remainder using a credit card. I received my deposit back into my account but have yet to see credit for remainder on my credit card. What’s the usual wait time between the 2? I would think both would be refunded the same day. The CDC recently assessed the Federation's Covid-19 risk as very low and designated it as "No Travel Notice" required, having had only 19 cases of the Coronavirus, no community spread and no deaths. "We have been working diligently to prepare for this reopen

So I have an 11/22 cruise on Allure out of Miami that I’m fully expecting to be cancelled. Drink package was $44/day for awhile and is now $59. What gives with the increase? Are they expecting people to buy and keep the money instead? Sent from my iPhone using Forums
