Is anyone else experiencing problems with the Princess website - particularly the payment section? I have a cruise scheduled in December and final payment is due September 4. I've been trying for 4 days to make my payment and the site keeps telling me it can't be processed, and I should try again later. I tried multiple credit cards; I tried a different browser; I chatted online, and was told to call the Reservations Team (and given a number to call); I called the Reservations Team, and they said it couldn't be processed by them either. I asked if anyone else had reported a problem, and they said yes, they were aware of the problem and were working on it, and I should try again the next day. Not sure why they tried to take payment if they know there's a problem, but I tried again this morning, and still no luck. I REALLY want to get this resolved because i want to make my payment! Is anyone else experiencing this, or does anyone have any other ideas or suggestions? Thanks!
