Have a chance to place a Royal Up bid on a Royal Suite on the Jewel. Have an unusual question. My DH uses a CPAP machine at night and needs to have access to an electrical outlet in the bedroom. Can't tell looking at pictures of the bedroom if any outlets can be reached with an extension cord. Anyone know if outlet in bedroom? Thanks for any replies

Staying in a Grand Suite on the Jewel in January. I understand the cabin may not be available when boarding. Is the concierge lounge available to hang out? Any snacks or drinks available?

Typically when are the Royal Up offers available and how would I know about it? Currently booked in a GS and 45 days away from sailing. Right now there are 3 OS available and all GS and Balcony are booked. We are celebrating our 40 anniversary and would love a shot at upgrading.

What is the cost of Club Orange? I am traveling solo on the New Statendam April 29, 2023 in a vista suite. What type of cabin upgrade could I go to?

DH has mobility and health issues so he needs to limit his walking. Our cruise has 4 sea days, we get the Grand Suite for him to enjoy the space and enjoy movies when the walking is too much for him.

Will be staying in a Grand Suite on the Jewel in January. Will there be a DVD player with the television?

Can reservations be made in advance of the cruise for the specialty dining?

I have to use some flight credits with Virgin Atlantic within a specific timeframe and am looking at a med cruise that docks in Barcelona at 7am. Would I be able to catch a 10:15 a flight at BCN if I did self-embarkation and took a taxi to the airport? thanks for any info

I am also on the May 15 sailing and have only received the cancelled cruise confirmation. I had booked a Grand Suite and with fewer on the Enchantment not optimistic I will get the GS. If I get downgraded and the cabins are overall smaller I may "jump ship". Holland America has an itinerary I am interested in. Still hoping to stay on this cruise though.

New to Diamond status. With the 4 free drinks daily do I have to tell the server to use my drink allowance versus paying for the drink? What if order a soft drink or water, how does that work?

Jim What company did you use for the COR? I tested positive may 13 on the Silhouette. I am isolating in a hotel by Heathrow airport and want to get a COR as soon as possible to return to the US. Looking for a company with a 5 day wait since covid tested positive on ship. Feel fine, no symptoms. Thanks for any help you can offer. Celebrity has provided NO support.

Just curious what the passenger count and Covid cases were on this cruise. I never heard any announcements. Heard the covid count was high. I was super carefull, did all the right things and tested positive the last day. Very fortunate with mild cold symptoms. I am a senior lady traveling solo and right now in a London hotel alone for 5 days hoping to test negative soon to get back to the US. Celebrity support has been minimal. I have had to figure out transport, hotel and testing arrangements on my own. Celebrity made it clear it is all at my own expense. Lucky to have trip insurance. Feel like celebrity couldn't dump me fast enough. Just want to get home and remember the first 6 days of the cruise. Best wishes to all!

Unfortunately just had to cancel May, 2023 cruise on Marina. Anyone know how long it will take to see deposit refund reflect on credit card?
