We did an inside cabin on the Glory and it wasn't that bad. Just make sure you have the time since the only thing is you don't know when the sun comes up,:eek: but it was some of the best sleep ever!!! Have a great trip!!:D:D

Im not punishing the kids. I just took them on a 7 day on the Dream this past september. and on the Fascination the Sept before that. This one is for the wife and I to "recharge". My kids are spoiled rotten expecially at my parents house and get anything they want over there. They are plenty excited about their "vacation" at Mimi's House.

I agree you are not punishing your kids, husbands and wives need some alone time, not that we don't love our kids but to many marriages are not working out for so many reasons, enjoy your time together and if your kids are like mine that told dh and I GOOD go ahead.:eek: ENJOY!!!!!!!:D

We are going to Jamaica, Cozumel and Grand Cayman. I have read photo id is required to get back into the port area. When we went last time I don't remember needing to show anything other than my SS card. Regardless it is no issue for my husband and I but the kids only have their passports for photo id and I don't want to take them off the ship. My driver;s lisc won't get wrecked if it gets wet but the kids passports would.

 

So my question is what do people with kids take for photo id when they get off the ship in the W. Carribean?:confused:

I live in NC and when my kids take school pictures they get an ID with the year, their picture and school name on it I keep those and take them with me just in case.
