Every time we sail out of Port Canaveral my husband and I stay at the Days Inn, Cocoa Beach. We have always been very satisfied with this hotel and will continue to stay there in the future. It is nothing fancy but definitely is not a rats hole as you put it. It is clean, the beds are comfy and it is within walking distance to a lot of different amenities. The Cocoa Beach Pier is right across the street which includes 4 different restaurants. There is a Dunkin Doughnuts just down the street. Across the street is a Publix, a Walgreens, a Jersey Mike's and a few other stores that I can't think of right now. It is also a 5 minute drive to the cruise port. The staff at the front desk have always been pleasant and helpful. The hotel has a very nice pool and a laundromat with 2 washers and dryers. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. Enjoy!!

I booked the Wonder last year for this Sunday, December 11th - 18th. Right from the start we had a $150.00 obc. When I logged in yesterday it said I have an OBC of $200. Have no clue why. Anyone know why it suddenly shows an extra $50??

My grandson has diamond status due to his father's status. What benefits would he receive in lieu of the alcohol drinks?

We have a cruise on the Wonder if the Seas on December 11-18th and when we booked we asked for early dining. Now we think we need to go with My time dining so I called my travel agent and she said that the Wonder does not offer my time dining. Does anyone know if this is true?

Thank you Dan for trying!!

Can you go to the Mason Jar and just purchase one of those delicious looking cinnamon rolls to go without paying the cover charge? I know you can go to Johnny Rockets and purchase a milk shake without the cover so I was wondering about the Mason Jar. Thanks in advance.

I think you are looking at December, 2022 Always Cruzin. I'm looking at 2023. But it must have been a glitch, I see it now.

I booked Voyager of the Seas about 5 weeks ago for December 22 - December 30/2023 and I went to check it out today and can't find it. Could it be sold out this soon?

Sorry, total price for an ocean view is $1543. Spacious ocean view is $1680. My bad.

I just booked an 8 night holiday cruise on-board Voyager of the seas, December 22 - December 30th, 2023. We got a balcony cabin, deck 6 for $1623.00 all in for 2 people. Looks like we got the last balcony but an ocean view room is $1680 all in for 2 people. I think that's an incredible price for an 8 night Christmas cruise.

My husband and I bought a next cruise certificate a long time ago (I'm thinking at least 10 or 12 years ago). It was a $200 one. I went to redeem it today and it took $200 off of my deposit but they said the OBC was only $50. I thought the old certificates were worth more OBC than that. Does anyone know?

I am looking for the name and email address of the man you can talk to about an unresolved complaint

Thanks for the quick replies. I was hoping St John Antigua verses St. Thomas/St.John. In the changes it only states the change as St. John. They should be a little more specific.

I was just checking the itinerary updates on RCCL website and for my December 9th cruise on Freedom of the Seas and it says instead of St. Maarten we will be going to St.John. Would that be St.John Antigua?

Anyone have any ideas why I cannot log in to my cruises on RCCL'S home page?? I have been trying to for the last few days and no luck.

Thanks for the quick reply!!

My son and his cousin will be sharing a cabin on Freedom of the seas in December. They will each be paying their bill with their own credit card. They were given a $200.00 shipboard credit for the cabin. If they went to customer service once onboard would they be able to separate the $200 so that each person would have a $100 credit? Thank you in advance.

It's for the Freedom of the Seas, December 10 - 18th, Eastern Caribbean.

Does anyone have a link to the 8 night cruise dining room menu? We have been on many cruises before but all have been 7 nights. Thanks in advance.

I found a great deal on the Allure for the week of December 11 - 18th if anyone is able to travel so close to Christmas. Guarantee neighbourhood balcony $1339.00 total for 2 people. I think this a great opportunity for anyone wanting to experience this class of ship.

When I opened the email today from RCCL it had my name and C&A status in the upper right hand corner. The person I talked to from C&A department said because it was my name and membership # on the email, I was the only one that could take advantage of the offer. So no, SR4MJC, I don't think your husband would be able to get the upgrade unless the email specifically had your husbands name on it. Unless, of course, you call, get a different person than I did, and get a different answer
We too have only one email address for all our cruise info. So it is for whose ever name is on the offer only who is elegible.

Ok, so here's the scoop on the email I got from RCCL today about buying the premium drink pkg. and getting a free upgrade to the ultimate pkg. for my upcoming cruise on Freedom of the Seas, November 29.
There are 3 of us sailing in the same room for this cruise. Me, myself and my son. My son pre purchased the premium package about 4 weeks ago over the phone through RCCL. So I thought I would call tonight to see if I could take advantage of the upgrade for him. I talked to a Tim in the crown and anchor department. He said that there are just a few e-mails going out to certain customers meaning not everyone is getting this e-mail regardless of C&A status. Only the person the email is sent out to has the opportunity to upgrade. So because the email was sent to me, my son could not get the upgrade. If I wanted to purchase the premium pkg, and get the upgrade, I could. But not my son, nor my husband even though we are all in the same cabin.
Geez, why does Royal have to make everything so complicated. There seems to be catches to every offer they put out there

OK. So I went back into my cruise planner to take another look at what I posted last night since there were some that were thinking it would be a better deal if it was the Royal Replenish Pkg. This is the last paragraph on the website that I left out. At the time I didn't think it was important so I didn't put it in. I am not quite sure if I understand it, so maybe someone out there can. Here it is:
THE ULTIMATE BEVERAGE PKG. INCLUDES VIRTUALLY UNLIMITED OPTIONS. A COMBINATION OF ALL THE BENEFITS FROM THE PREMIUM PGKS. AND THE
ROYAL REPLENISH PACKAGES AS WELL AS A COCA COLA SOUVENIR CUP.
So it does mention the REPLENISH PKG. So I wonder what it is suppose to be?
The Royal Refresh or the Royal Replenish?

I was just poking around on RCCL'S site and went into my cruise calendar to purchase a beverage package for my November cruise and noticed they were offering this special if you bought the Ultimate Beverage Pkg.
FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY,WHEN YOU PURCHASE AN ULTIMATE BEVERAGE PKG. YOU WILL RECEIVE A COMPLIMENTARY ROYAL REFRESHMENT PKG AND AN ADDITIONAL COCOA COLA SOUVENIR CUP TO SHARE WITH A FRIEND. GUESTS WILL ALSO RECEIVE A COMPLIMENTARY BOTTLE OF LIMITED EDITION AMERICAN SUMMER DOMAINE CHANDON.
OFFER VALID JUNE 15 THROUGH AUGUST 31/15. WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. ONE BOTTLE OF CHANMPAGNE PER STATEROOM.
Anyone else see this?

Can someone please tell me what "open seating" means for dining. Is it the same as My time dining??
