I'm used to Caribbean ports where many taxi tours are available right at the cruise port. Will it be the same in Spanish ports, specifically Cadiz, Valencia, Malaga, Palma Dr Mallorca? Anybody have experience with these?

How far from the cruise port is it to the center of Valencia? Are taxis readily available? Are there til tuks?
