Honestly, I wish they'd just release everything at the same time, maybe 3 months worth every quarter for 2 or 2.5 years in the future.
We aren't focused on just the Caribbean, and when they release things on such a weird schedule it's hard to decide what to do. Right now, we are thinking about Fall '25. Lots of things out there, even into April of '26, but I'm waiting for the Allure TA.
Also, Celebrity releases SO much earlier, it makes it really tough on decision making.

Interesting that there's no test load for the Northeast cruises...
I'm waiting for the Brilliance itineraries out of Boston.

Thank you for the info. I’m interested in the Pilates and yoga classes to keep up my practice during this long trip. I’m not affected by seasickness so hopefully that isn’t a factor!
I'm not usually, either. If there's a lot of motion you might want to be mindful of your movements. It was the combo, and the gym is all the way forward on a high deck, which exacerbates any ship movement. There were lots of other folks unaffected. I spent the rest of the day in bed sending hubby for every remedy the ship had to offer.

I bought this for our NZ cruise on Ovation a year ago. Rough passage + gym being on a high deck + movements during yoga gave me severe vertigo/seasickness for the first time ever. They refunded the $$. YMMV. I did get a pre-cruise deal (I think it was $119 for the whole cruise, including gratuities) fairly close to the cruise date.

I'll be taking the TA Adventure OTS 12 night sailing from Port Canaveral to Lisbon, Portugal on 10/25/2024. It will then be undergoing a 3 week refurbishment and resume her sailing, which I am on too, with another TA from Barcelona, Spain on 11/24/2024 13 night sailing back to Port Canaveral, Florida.
My question is where can I find out what the "actual refurbishment" will consist of? I'm assuming carpeting, mattress replacements, deep cleanings etc but can they do major construction in that short amount of time; say cutting the ship in half and adding staterooms or removing the sauna and steam rooms and adding inside cabins? Adding a restaurant and deleting others? I just can't seem to find out anything on Royal's site. Thank you in advance.
We're on both those sailings, too! We'll have to take a lot of before and after pics!

I'm getting this error
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /edocs/XXX...XXX.pdf on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
when trying to print out luggage tags and/or view cruise contract. Same thing happening for 3 upcoming cruises. Anyone else having the same issue?

Are you planning to spend time in Venice before or after the cruise? You could do your Venice stay and then get the Royal shuttle straight to the ship, or vice versa. We flew in and spent the night at the airport hotel, then too the shuttle from the airport to the cruise port the next morning. For the return, we took the shuttle to the Venice transportation center, bought transportation passes and enjoyed Venice for a few days before heading on to Florence and Rome by train.

The Coming Soon
Normally defers to the rest of the Deployment like Australia, Singapore, China and anything else.
We probably will not see this group until around Easter or even later.
I just look every day at this point. They are dribbling out the cool itineraries, and the JS/suite guarantees go fast.

Yes there are group rates and obc.
We put a hold on a suite guarantee the day it came out. By the time my TA looked (just a few minutes later, there were no guarantees left, and the group space JS were a lot more than we paid (7075 for two, including gratuities). So I just finalized the guarantee, and now looking forward to another great trip to new places!
Hope the group space rates are good. See you in 2025! (I've started the meet n mingle for this sailing).

Really? I find them not that great for such a repo cruise...
Well the way things are going - I'm not that sure Anthem is actually going to make its way to Singapore - so going on a TP might not happen at all!
I could see her having her drydock in Cadiz and replacing Odyssey in the Med....
Why do you say this? I'm cancelling two long-booked desirable sailings to go on these Anthem sailings b2b. What makes you think they won't happen?

Just book it and then transfer it.
That's what we're doing. Booking is done, deposit is due at the end of the month. Hopefully he'll have group space by then. If not, he can switch it later.

My USA TA has just posted groups for both anthem sailings. Great prices!
I hope mine does soon!

So, if group space hasn't been added for the Singapore-Tokyo leg, does that mean it won't be later? I'm booking regardless, but would love the better rate.

No, but it takes them a minute to figure it out. We crossed the dateline last spring, and they originally only gave us 17 days credit. Then the fixed it.

We just booked the b2b. Cancelling a couple of other itineraries to do these. Thanks for the heads-up!

Since most people already boarded, and you are talking about thousands, how are you going to make the offer?
IF the IT were set up to do so, an email could be sent to anyone who has not yet boarded, with an offer link. First X number to accept the offer gets it.
Again, there may have been folks with circumstances that made them want to switch their booking but it was too late.
Even without IT, a paper with the offer could have been handed out in the boarding area.
20/20 hindsight is easy. Someone made a bad call under time pressure.

My husband said the new mattresses are hard. We like ours on the softer side. I’m hoping to get a topper for our cabin
I wish the mattresses on Wonder were fleet wide, so comfortableThey are WAY softer than some of the flattened bricks that have been called mattresses on other ships, but definitely on the firm side. If you need a plushy pillow top feel, bringing a topper is a good idea.

Just morning people I guess😇.
We loved the new mattresses as well. I wonder how much more comfortable they will feel once they add the mattress toppers for the WC folks (presuming that they are actually doing that).
One thing I think will come in handy on the WC is that these are true two-sided mattresses so they can be flipped over whenever they start to wear in.
The new mattresses are great!!! I so wish they'd do this fleet-wide. My friend has not had to use the mattress topper she brought.

I don't trust them to do it....so I am taking my own. It's actually quite easy, fit well into one of my duffle bags. Will let it go "poof" when we take it out of the shrink wrap when we get our bag. 😉
My friend is taking a topper, too. The beds are one of the major negatives for her. So much so that it's making her rethink cruising on Royal. Hopefully her topper helps.

We've loved the new mattress, the comfiest bed we've had on an RCL ship.
We're boarding tomorrow for a quick cococay trip. I hope we have a new bed!

It's a 15 night JS. "Savings NRD" is $750. That's not the D+ balcony discount; it's the part that C&A says isn't combinable with the balcony discount.

Me me me!!! We're doing the TA from Southampton, and would love to turn it into a b2b.
