With the ‘free at sea ‘ offer do you only get one $50 excursion credit per stateroom or is it one each person ?

An update on my previous post, got an email today from TA telling us how much refund we would receive. It will be paid back to our credit card within 30- 45 business days

I checked up on this and you can only get a certificate of recovery if you tested positive with a NHS test, as ours was on the Summit it will not be accepted. We are just going to get the lateral flow tests done again and at least we shouldn’t be positive so soon after covid

My DH and I were both positive on Summit cruise 23rd and 26th September respectively. We are going on a TA on 31st October when we need a proctored antigen test. I have a certificate from Celebrity with my initial positive test but husband never received one. I also have a negative test from them but husband hasn’t as he was still positive on last day of cruise. Where will we be able to get a certificate of recovery ?

I phoned Celebrity today and as expected was told to go through my TA. I asked about refund being cash or FCC but the agent wasn’t sure but did say that they were not keen on giving cash rebates 🤔 Got in touch with TA and had to send her the letter we got saying that we would get a pro-rated refund. Watch this space ☹️

I will phone the number we got saying we would be refunded in 7-14 days on Monday as that is 14 days since we disembarked. We had no problem disembarking as I was negative and my husband was more than 5 days positive. What problems did you have getting off ?

I was positive on our Canada NE cruise for 9 days out of the 12 we were on , my husband was positive for 7 days. we paid for the cruise partly with a cruise credit and partly with cash. How will we be refunded ?

How much extra is the Decoy , we usually upgrade to premium but having second thoughts now. Decoy is one of our faves thx

Does this mean we won’t need any testing before we sail ? or is it too early to know ?
