  1. Did you enter your C&A number? Once I did that it took a few minutes for my correct points to be viewable (in the interim I was 'pre-gold'), and then all of my cruises were visible the next morning (but the individual cruise points are shown in the old points system til the date they changed over to the days system.)

     

     

     

    That worked the first day. Starting Thursday my points zeroed out and it has been that way ever since even though my cruise history is now there. This new website I repeat now an epic fail. Absolute no testing with all the issues Royal it Development is an embarrassment

  2. I was able to get into the new site but had to change my user name and password. Once in, no information was available. Said I had no crusing history but have cruised RCCL 46 times. I tried the backdoor but said this page was no longer available. So I sucked it up and called RCCL and held FOREVER. Finally, the representative told me to give it a week before checking back to see my information. So typical of RCCL website.

    Wow. Royal has 0 concern - doing this in high season?? I feel very sorry for people that are cruising very soon. Royal upper management should be ashamed. I don’t see any management apologizing. Typical royal

  3. Something very funny is happening. Tried to use the back door and entered my daughter's id/password, but my name keeps coming up. Plus, I don't see a log out, so that I can re-do the steps for my daughter so s to print the seapass & tags.

     

     

     

    I would suggest closing the browser completely clear cookies If you can use a different browser that should clear the login

  4. I logged in with my prior user ID and password. I was redirected to create a new password and update my info. Then I entered my CA number and it updated my account. It was easy and took less than 5 mins.

    Go back in later. Past cruises are there but on dashboard my points are now 0. Pre gold like I have never cruises. I Just got back from 14 nights Should be 94. I would expect you have trouble tomorrow. Just saying !

  6. Well I finally figured out how to login in fact the only way was to create a new login the system allows usernames like before but that doesn’t work. You have to use an email address then reset your password. With new password rules and then re link crown and anchor number. Wait a few minutes then past cruises show up but the dashboard shows 0 points even though I have 94 points. I am back to pre gold. What a mess. I emailed crown and anchor and received an automated response saying they will eventually get back to me. Is anyone else having these problems? Why did royal start a flawed new website? Where is the CTO. Or is the person looking for a new job? [emoji3]
