After being told by captains club I could not receive anything because I had made final payment, I talked to another agent and got approved for 450$ more OBC- the difference of the 2 fares- sometimes it’s not who you know but who you talk to and what they know😳👏🏼

I have completed online checkin both on iPad and phone-can not go to express pass or e docs on either- one gives me a blank page and the phone app says there is a “snag” - I called and was told to wait a day or two.I could print the luggage tags! As of now I have no papers to show to get on the ship.FRUSTATING. Anyone else have this problem- how was it solved?HELP😳

I looked on the big sale site and the prices for a 3 day dining pkg and chops+1 seemed good HOWEVER when I tried to book(spacing the days out because we are D+and want to use ourBOGO the first 2 nights- )we could only book the “deals” on the first 2 nights- not any choice there and sounds like using our BOGO the first 2 nights will be  difficult..Any thoughts?

How does Rccl know who has been vaccinated once they are on the ship? I keep seeing answers about vaccinated and unvaccinated areas…..so there must be some tagging etc…..(?)

We normally cruise out of Florida (live here) we are cruising out of San Juan next week so will have to fly there and stay all night- can you fly with bottles of wine.... Pick them up in S J? No drink pkg this time so need those bottles of wine😄

Since when are they charging for room service- we are D+but haven't cruised with them since we have retired- mostly Celebrity... Really can't believe they would charge for this service but a agree with the "over ordering"😒

Can you believe in this digital age that their IT is sooo horrible....even getting on their site is a chhalenge😒

For this thanksgiving cruise we got our bal guarantee assignment within 3 days and it was a midship 1A hump- you never know:)
