    Purchased Mar. 11

    Email Mar.13

No refund yet ... 16 days from purchase , 14 days from Email .

Not stressing about it , will give them another week before I contact them , but I have never waited that long for a refund .

Did you get the SECOND email?  The first was the “Oops! Our bad!” email and the second was the actual cancellation email. The refund comes a few day after the second email.

I did Altun Ha tour solo a few years ago while hubby went diving.  Here's my video if it helps.  Its a nice half day tour, great guides, great food.

Great video! We’ve been warned to bring bug spray because the bugs are so bad there.  Did you find this to be the case?  I’m also thinking long sleeves and long pants as I am very susceptible to bites.

We were on the March 5th sailing on the Wonder.  I purchased it on Black Friday and it was listed as cans, however as many have reported what we received were plastic bottles, which was welcomed. I'm speculating that the price was cheaper for cans because I believe the can size is 12 ounces.  But when we sailed we were given the larger 16.9 ounce bottles of Niagra.

I THINK they started selling/advertising the “new” package after your sail date.

I used royal Caribbean app just this past fall without issues. A few weeks ago we did a  elenrity cruise and I was able to use that app as well.

Our cruise is still a 3 months away with sign in starting May 19. There seems to be so much missing in the app at this point.  I have read posts by other people on this same cruise who have said that most of the excursions are sold out. Specialty restaurants do not appear on the app. Only the upgraded drink package appears. Also it showed a place for reservations for the main restaurants that are free. Yet it did not list the 4 restaurants. I clicked on menu and only the children’s menu would appear.

I understand. It’s best to make reservations for I Fly  and Northstar well in advance. Perhaps these can’t be made until after the sign in.(?)  I’m guessing that’s what the problem is. However, if that is the case, I don’t see how people are allowed to make shore excursion reservations, but not reservations for other things before the sign in date.

    Any help or explanation appreciated!

You should be able to use the Cruise Planner (on the website - not the app) and get a lot more options.

Is it safe to assume there are no bottle filling stations on the ships?  I feel like I remember that being the case.

Correct. But you can grab some individual cups and fill the bottle with them. Make sure they are wide mouth bottles to make it easier.

Me too (although credit hasn't posted back to my card yet, and my email still has the "14 days" language)! Sailing 4/2. Planner shows it as cancelled now.

I had two booked on different cruises. I just received the refund email on the first one. I paid for it using a combo of OBC and credit card. The package shows canceled now and the OBC was credited back to my account. I’m betting the CC amount will show up in a few days.

For those of you considering going to Disney springs it is doable as well.  One option would be to take the monorail to the Contemporary and then the bus from there to Disney Springs.  Coming back take the bus to either Polynesian or The Grand Floridian and then the monorail back.

If the Royal bus drops you off at the TTC, walk to the Poly and get a bus to Springs from there. Takes too long to go all the way around to the Contemp for a bus. Coming back from Springs, bus to the Poly and walk back to TTC.

All Disney Transport, especially the monorails, is becoming more and more UNreliable by the day. Factor that in to all transportation times. When on a tight time schedule, Minnie Vans might be the way to go. I would personally never rely on the monorails or Skyliner to get me somewhere in a reasonable amount of time. I do consider myself a bit of an expert on the subject because I used to drive the monorails…

Noticed that DS was not an option from TTC, that’s why we thought SW then Uber/cab to DS. Just would like to know the bus time return RC run

Since you are considering doing an Uber, you can always do a Minnie Van from TTC to DS. It’s Disney’s private car service through Lyft.

So I have to buy a package to get my diamond "reward"??? That doesn't sound like much of a reward.

Yes but no. You have to “purchase” the one day package when you are onboard. But you “pay” for it using the coupon that is preloaded into your account. You also have the option of using the value of the coupon and applying it to a longer package onboard.
