Back from our cruise! For anyone searching on this subject, I can report a dPLF was not needed for any of our cruise stops in early May 2022 (Marseille, Genoa, Naples, Sicily, and Malta). Note since we were flying into Spain, the SpTH was needed.

Thanks for the reply. It will be interesting to see if anyone checks it at all. But I guess it is better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it!
